Reinforced Reaction Injection Moulding (RRIM) – the optimum for technically challenging, flexible and elastic PUR parts

Rigid and form-stable products receive an additional special fibre reinforcement. A special manufacturing system (high-speed system) is used. A basic advantage is the high resistance to heat deformation, combined with a high rigidity at even lower wall thickness. This leads to a significant reduction in product weight.
