Polyurethane (PUR) is one of the most versatile materials available today. A reaction mixture, capable of flow, rapidly expands to fill a closed mould and solidifies to form a moulded part.
With this technology, both soft foam products with compact and closed outer skin and rigid homogeneous synthetic material can be produced.
Polyurethanes are convincing because they are extremely stable and tear proof.
There is virtually no limit to the number of shapes that can be produced. Load-bearing inserts can be embedded in foam without any difficulty, resulting in a stable structure with durable comfort. There are also numerous possibilities of designing the surface of the various products.
Products can be dyed according to customer specifications already during the manufacturing process. It is also possible to have them primed or painted after production by one of our proven and reliable partners.
Moreover, they are easy to clean and CFC-free.
